She has extensive experience supporting autistic and ADHD clients in navigating unmasking, chronic burnout, identity development, and self-advocacy within academic, professional, and personal environments.

Grounded in trauma-responsive and somatic-integrative approaches, Hannah considers each client’s experiences within both individual and broader systemic contexts. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized, balancing structure with flexibility to meet each client’s unique needs. She frequently incorporates creative and interactive approaches to help make therapeutic concepts practical, accessible, and meaningful.

Hannah is committed to creating a supportive therapeutic environment where clients can develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their sense of agency, and build strategies that align with their individual needs, values, and goals.
