Robert McGowan is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Heal Therapy & Consulting, bringing decades of experience supporting business operations in both Fortune 500 organizations and small businesses across highly regulated and complex industries. He oversees the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the practice, ensuring systems run efficiently while supporting a positive, client-centered experience. 

Robert also leads billing and insurance operations, including patient benefits verification, insurance credentialling, claims processing, payment collection, and financial tracking.  He oversees new patient screening and scheduling processes, addresses client feedback, and works to ensure patients receive a welcoming and organized environment. 

Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and undergraduate degrees from West Chester University. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to providing patients with the best experience.
