Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, burnout, or simply feeling overwhelmed, individual therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at your own pace. We work with individuals across their lifespan who want to feel more emotionally steady, more confident, and less weighed down by self-criticism. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface while developing practical strategies for navigating and thriving in daily life. We specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, ASD, sensory differences, and complex trauma. You do not need a formal diagnosis to begin therapy with one of our team members. Therapy to us is not about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding how your brain works, addressing masking and burnout, and building regulation skills that fit your nervous system to help you grow and succeed in your life.
